As the nature of the products available at EDcare is categorized under “personal use”, we do not accept returns for any products. This is done to ensure the safety and quality compliance of the entire product stock at EDcare. Our non-acceptance of returns also ensures that we provide top-notch medical care to our customers.
For eligible cases (check the Refund Policy to check eligibility of refund), our team follows a standardized case review process and rejects or accepts a cancellation.
For eligible cases, the detailed process for return, refund, and cancellation of EDcare products is outlined below:
Before putting in a return request, please ensure that the product is eligible for return and refund by checking the information provided in this section.
Any cancellations (except for those instances outlined in the “eligible for return” cases) must be placed before the product is shipped.

Include the following information with the cancellation request:
After the request is raised, our team will review all the information provided by the customer.
If required, please send the photographs/videos showing the condition in which the product was delivered.
This process generally takes 1-3 business days.
Based on the case review and the electronic evidence presented, our team will then decide whether to accept or reject the refund request.
As explained previously, we DO NOT ACCEPT product refunds for any cases.
If the final decision by EDcare is to accept the cancellation request, EDcare may either offer a replacement product or refund the original amount without accepting the product delivered, which was flagged for cancellation.
If the return/refund request is accepted, the payment will be processed through the original mode within 7-10 business days.
