How Tadagra Strong 40mg Works

Tadagra Strong 40 mg is a strong PDE-5 inhibitor contains Tadalafil prescribed for the treatment of erectile dysfunction. It works by relaxing the smooth muscles in the penile region. Tadalafil targets the NO-cGMP pathway involved in the regulation of blood circulation. 40 mg of Tadalafil is a significantly high dose, which is only administered under strict medical supervision. 

In normal conditions, the NO-cGMP pathway is triggered in response to an external stimulus (e.g., endothelial response or sexual stimulation). The nerve endings or the endothelial tissues release nitric oxide (NO), which rapidly diffuses in the surrounding tissues and activates an enzyme called guanylate cyclase.
